1. Brief description of activities (1) The lecturer explains the definition of board games and their functions in counseling and community practice, as well as the application of board games to disadvantaged groups. Advantages of the group. The lecturer emphasized that board games can promote interaction and positive relationships between each other. (2) Board game experience in the morning: mainly competitive and focused board games, including Duobao, Shining Kuaishou, Totem Kuaishou, etc. etc., the instructor led the members to play the same board game in various ways according to different goals, and observed the group power. (3) Afternoon board game experience: mainly strategic and cooperative board games, including Sign-Holding Villain, Misfits, Flying Magic Group, Confidential Code, etc. While playing board games, it promotes interaction and communication among members. competition and cooperation While working together, they can enhance mutual understanding and team cohesion. (4) The lecturer introduced "Empathy", a board game that is very suitable for counseling work. By playing this board game, you can understand each other's different emotions in the same situation, express your own emotions and thoughts, and learn to empathize with others. (5) During the discussion stage, you can discuss with members and cases "What role have you played? How to play it?" ? ", "In the process of cooperation, how do you contribute yourself?", "The difference between having and not having a leader?", " How to communicate with others? How do you feel inside? ”, “What is the concept of leader and team operation?” etc. question. (6) Summarize board game leadership skills: 1. Game skills: simple and clear instructions, adjustment of game difficulty, and stage-based teaching. 2. Group dynamics: Seize the group's attention, increase awareness of interpersonal interactions, accept frustration, and learn to wait. 2. Effectiveness evaluation (1) Members have rich board game experience and have a preliminary understanding of different types of board games. (2) Members can truly experience the group dynamics caused by board games during game activities. (3) Members can understand the design methods, game skills and precautions of board games used in group counseling.
