The circle of kindness of "You and I share the same good" - Sustainable community advocacy, care and site management - Collection of character stories - Student group interviews and creations
On March 19th (Monday), teacher Jiaying and the planning team led students into the community to conduct course practice exchanges with on-site volunteers. This course aims to let students understand the service content, life experience and personal experience of field volunteers, and further promote communication and interaction between students and volunteers, so as to enhance students' participation and understanding of volunteer services. Activity content - student interview part: Before the activity started, we first introduced and explained it to let students understand the relevant information about community fields and community volunteers. We also asked them about their views on community volunteer services and their opinions on future volunteer activities. expect . During the on-site course interviews, students expressed their admiration for the attitude and enthusiasm of community volunteers and believed that participating in volunteer activities can help them expand interpersonal relationships, cultivate a sense of social responsibility, and acquire practical abilities. They also Some areas for improvement were mentioned, such as strengthening the promotion and organization of volunteer activities and providing more volunteer opportunities. Activity content-Volunteer interview part: The course activity invited 10 brothers and sisters who actively participated in volunteer services to conduct interviews to understand their motivations and feelings about participating in volunteer activities. The brothers and sisters said that their original intention to participate in volunteer services was Want to Make a small contribution to the community, and at the same time gain growth and satisfaction in service. They shared their experiences and gains from participating in volunteer activities, and expressed their hope to have more opportunities to participate in volunteer services with other students and grow together. Through this interview activity, we gained an in-depth understanding of students’ views and expectations on community volunteer services, and also promoted communication and interaction between students and volunteers. In the next step, based on the sharing and communication between students and volunteers, we will jointly create small handmade items for the community to jointly promote the development and progress of the campus and community.
