Sharon Horesh Bergquist's video “How Stress Affects Your Body” introduces the seven sources of stress and the physiological conditions caused by the effects of stress. In the process, the teacher interspersed life examples from her own experience and utilized the Slido online interactive system mode to interact and discuss with the students. She further introduced the right and wrong ways to relieve stress with the video “3 Principles of Stress Relief and 6 Stress Relief Landmines Most Commonly Stepped on by the General Population (You may step on more than 3 of them a day)”, and “The focus of stress relief is on what you do to end up with a feeling of inner satisfaction. Finally, the video “Youth Out of Control Crisis! Sister Help Me - “Are You Out of Your Window? The video “Understanding the Brain and the Mind” introduces the three main ways to regulate. How to recognize and deal with stress in life. “Only you are the master of your own mind, and you have to try everything yourself to know whether it works or not.”
