Lecture series for further education in higher education - "Zen Soft Workshop"
In the workshop, students have an in-depth experience of "breathing" to open up the perception of various parts of the body, thereby enhancing the possibility of dance performance. The course is based on segmented breathing, and uses the "one, two, and three-stage" breathing method to make the diaphragm rhythmic. The ups and downs of the ground create a sense of rhythm like water, stimulating the vitality and balance within the body. The movement of the body is as stretched and flexible as an accordion. This breathing method is not only in the head, but throughout the whole body, opening the pores, awakening various organs of the body, and making every inch of skin full of vitality. During the practice, students also experienced the relaxation and stretching of the chest and ribs. This is not only an adjustment in movement, but also an in-depth exploration of the inner body space. Through the guidance of teachers, students not only understand their body structure more accurately, but also better control their body's flexibility and stability. This kind of body awareness helps improve their coordination, expression and self-perception in dance.
