Entrepreneurship Practice
Entrepreneurship consists of nine key points. The first is project introduction, which fields are included and what problems can be solved. It needs to be easy to understand; the second is market pain points, what are the needs or characteristics of the target customers; the third is service introduction, which is the service model and form of the product. , to respond to the pain points of customers, it needs to be intuitive and detailed; the fourth competitive product analysis, clearly lists the differences, advantages, operations, etc. of competing products; the fifth business model, how to sell, what price needs to be set for profit and loss balance, and what is the sales quantity? ; The sixth operating status, the current situation of the product, transaction data, and growth rate; the seventh core team, including yourself, partners, core employees, etc.; the eighth development plan, which is based on the short and medium term, one year, two years, and three years. Planning, the goals, market and performance goals of each stage, etc.; the ninth financing plan, assessing how much money is needed, how to plan the money, and what the money can bring. As long as the nine steps are clearly listed, no matter what stage you are in starting a business, you can get twice the result with half the effort.
