The course hopes to cultivate students' teamwork skills, enhance their understanding of mental health and emotional education, and continue to spread the issue to social service groups in Taipei City and New Taipei City through the design of a series of psychotherapy package courses. The "You and Me Together" project focuses on the health care of the elderly population in the community, promoting the physical and mental health of residents through a series of activities, and strengthening community cohesion. These activities include health talks, exercise classes and community health screenings, etc., aiming to improve the The population's quality of life and health awareness. In addition, this plan also places special emphasis on the participation and interaction of community residents, encouraging residents to participate in community activities together, thereby establishing a closer and mutually supportive community environment. This model not only improves the overall health of the community, but also promotes the accumulation of social capital and the deepening of interpersonal relationships within the community. Visiting members of the Ministry of Education expressed their appreciation for the way the plan is promoted, its implementation effects and its sustainability. They believed that the project not only effectively responded to the challenges brought by the epidemic, but also achieved the university’s purpose of local service through diversified social practice activities, demonstrating the university’s deep cultivation and innovation of social responsibility.
