The "You and Me Together" project focuses on the health care of the elderly population in the community, promoting the physical and mental health of residents through a series of activities, and strengthening community cohesion. These activities include health talks, exercise classes and community health screenings, etc., aiming to improve the The population's quality of life and health awareness. In addition, this plan also places special emphasis on the participation and interaction of community residents, encouraging residents to participate in community activities together, thereby establishing a closer and mutually supportive community environment.
