Higher Education Deepening Lecture Series - Cheng Xinyi "Career Counseling and Planning-Practical Operation and Development of Pilates Instruments"
Pilates, which originated in Germany, is a full-body training created and promoted by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Through the six principles of control, core, breathing, concentration, precision, and smoothness, various movements are designed to exercise the core muscles. Pilates has more than 500 various movements, suitable for men, women, and children, to exercise core muscles, adjust posture, and maintain muscle lines. These movements mainly focus on the strength of the abdominal muscles, thereby training the activities of the upper and lower limbs. Through training, you can maintain correct body posture, maintain concentration and control breathing, and relieve the common tightness of shoulder, neck and waist muscles. .
