2024 Summer Camp-Badminton Camp

In addition to fitness and leisure, badminton is also very helpful for physical reaction and physical strength. It can not only improve muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary capacity and reaction ability, but also train judgment, starting, movement, positioning and hitting reactions and movements. It is not too intense and can relax your mind and strengthen your body.
