On June 7th, in the "Final Report" course on Advocacy and Care in Vulnerable Situations - Psychotherapy Packages, Director Min Da, Teacher Jiaying and Teacher Ji Jing of the team led the students to make psychological treatment packages and share each group in this class The experience of making the psychological therapy package and the final review report allowed the students to share their production process and experience and listen to the professional advice of the three teachers. This course allowed students to learn some new skills and methods to deal with stress and emotional fluctuations. During the production process, members of the student group selected materials and decorations that suited them through discussion and cooperation during the course, and Designed various Unique psychotherapy package. Some students chose soft colors and fragrances to relieve stress, while others chose small cards with positive messages to remind themselves. Each of us made our own psychological healing package with care, and felt pleasure and satisfaction in the process of making it. Through this activity, the students better understood their own emotional needs and learned some new emotional management skills and cross-field ideas and design inspiration. At the same time, the students also realized the importance of teamwork and sharing. I felt supported and encouraged by each other. The planning team hopes to bring this joy and warmth to more people. We plan to set up a psychological therapy package making workshop in the school community or field, so that more students can participate and feel the spiritual healing together. Warm and healing. We believe that through such activities, we can establish a healthier and more positive learning and living atmosphere. Finally, several student representatives shared their feelings and gains from this event. They all said that through this activity, they had a better understanding of their emotional needs, learned to deal with stress effectively, and realized the importance of teamwork and sharing. This event is not only a production, but also a healing and care for the soul.
