Promotion and follow-up planning of international connections and promotion-Teacher Ji Jing Plan to promote the sharing of global educational resources through international cooperation and exchanges, enhance students’ international perspective, and plan International seminars and collaborative projects. Promotion and follow-up planning of psychological consultation and counseling - Teacher Kailang plans to strengthen psychological consultation and counseling services, improve the mental health of teachers and students, and plan regular mental health lectures and workshops to provide professional support. Promotion and follow-up planning of disadvantaged field training - Teacher Shiheng's plan will promote disadvantaged field training, improve the abilities and well-being of disadvantaged groups, and plan skills training, resource support and regular effectiveness evaluation.
