Introduction and reading of food additives: the mystery of lunch packaging
The lecture invites professional nutritionists to introduce the classification, functions, advantages and disadvantages of food additives, etc., so that participants can better understand food additives. In addition, participants are also invited to bring lunch and enjoy it, and try to read the nutrition labels on the packaging, understand the relevant legal regulations of food additives, and think about whether there are other more natural alternatives to food additives, so that participants can Have the ability to choose relatively high-quality foods in daily life.
