Vanilla pods are widely used around the world. In addition to being used in familiar baked desserts, they are also used in biotechnology, skin care products, perfumes, fragrances, medicines, etc. This course invites Vanilla Knights cooperative farmers to lead participants to understand the vanilla plant, identify high-quality vanilla pods, and how to preserve and apply them. In addition, vanilla cheese will also be sold on the school anniversary day of 11/30, making the impact of this Environmental Education Week even more profound.
