From body to mind: analyzing the application of mindfulness in exercise from the perspective of cognitive neuroscience
Explore the application of mindfulness in exercise and combine it with the perspective of cognitive neuroscience to gain a deeper understanding of its role in promoting physical and mental health. Especially for people with disabilities, the event will discuss how to use mindfulness practices to enhance their mental resilience, reduce stress and improve their overall quality of life. Mindfulness is a method of regulating one's mental state that focuses on the present moment and without judgment, and has been shown to have significant effects on reducing psychological problems such as stress, anxiety, and depression. For people with disabilities, mindfulness not only helps them effectively cope with the challenges of daily life, but also enhances self-efficacy and life satisfaction by improving concentration and emotional regulation. In addition, mindfulness, when combined with exercise, can promote the improvement of body awareness, allowing people with disabilities to better control their body movements and mental states, and further enhance their willingness and ability to participate in sports and social activities. For people with disabilities, mindfulness not only helps them effectively cope with the challenges of daily life, but also enhances self-efficacy and life satisfaction by improving concentration and emotional regulation.
