【USR Hub】Playful by Name, Promising a Joyful Life in West Taipei - Management and Practice of Playful Urban Marketing - Teacher Defensive Communication & Integrating Information Technology into the Classroom
In an era of rapid technological advancement, elementary school teachers are tasked not only with imparting knowledge but also with integrating innovative information technology into the teaching process. For example, using VR technology in geography lessons allows students to "visit" various locations virtually, whether exploring the Amazon rainforest or touring the pyramids of ancient Egypt. This immersive and engaging learning approach not only enhances students' motivation but also deepens their understanding of course content through experiential learning. In terms of classroom management, defensive communication plays a crucial role in fostering positive teacher-student interactions and creating a supportive learning environment. By utilizing positive defensive communication techniques, teachers can effectively manage classroom dynamics, reduce students' resistance, and encourage them to embrace technology-enhanced learning experiences. This approach not only smooths the integration of innovative tools into education but also cultivates a more receptive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning among students.
