2025 Listen to Stories, Learn Counseling
This event invited four early childhood educators to share their experiences with Adlerian positive discipline in classroom management. They discussed using empathy, positive guidance, and emotional management to help children adapt and build relationships. The seminar emphasized teachers' self-awareness, encouragement, and creating a supportive learning environment. By understanding children's experiences and providing positive feedback, teachers can boost children's confidence and social skills, fostering a more harmonious education setting.
