The Way of Tea – Unlocking the Full Perspective of Tea
The course guides participants on an in-depth exploration of the world of tea, beginning with classic varieties such as Pouchong, Oolong, and Small-Leaf Black Tea. Students will experience the unique flavors of different tea infusions, learn about the functions of various tea utensils used in a tea setting, understand how water hardness affects tea, and master the key steps in the brewing process. The course also introduces the common types and characteristics of Taiwanese teas, explores the physical and mental benefits of tea drinking, and cultivates sensory awareness and appreciation of tea flavors through hands-on tasting.
