Developing a Diverse Perspective on Reading Instruction From overall school planning and collaborative teaching to the core of the reading curriculum, participants gained an understanding of systematic design and implementation methods for reading education. 3. Learning Differentiated and Interdisciplinary Teaching Strategies Participants learned methods for grouping students based on ability and how to design interdisciplinary reading experiences by integrating subjects such as ceramics, computer science, and English. 4.
