This program aims to enhance the understanding of university resource room counselors regarding the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and the concept of reasonable accommodation. It will assist counselors in learning related counseling strategies and practical applications that can be effectively implemented in campus support services. By integrating theory and practice, the program will strengthen the professional capacity of resource room counselors in providing appropriate support and safeguarding students’ educational rights, thereby improving the overall effectiveness of counseling work.
