How to become stronger through pressure ~ Discussing stress reduction and resilience from the perspective of brain plasticity
For this lecture, we invited Dr. Huang Xin De to share his medical knowledge. Dr. Huang not only shared medical knowledge but also, more importantly, taught the audience how to maintain their health in daily life. In this busy, sleep-deprived age, he repeatedly emphasized the importance of sleep for the brain, saying that reducing stress and relaxing the autonomic nervous system can help the brain remain youthful. He also shared the benefits of exercise and slow breathing. Dr. Huang used a professional yet entertaining style to help the audience understand our stress. His presentation was both engaging and accessible, allowing everyone to learn about daily brain health. It was truly rewarding!
