Applied Strength & Conditioning Training Design
This series focuses on practical applications of strength and conditioning training. It introduces the principles of cardiovascular training, strength development, and flexibility enhancement, guiding learners to apply scientific methods to improve physical performance. Participants will learn to set individualized training goals, design structured programs, and apply FITT principles effectively. The course also covers key safety and health considerations for special populations—including older adults, individuals with obesity, and those with chronic conditions—ensuring that training prescriptions are both effective and appropriate. By the end of this series, learners will be able to design complete training programs tailored to different needs and confidently apply evidence-based principles in strength and conditioning practice.
