2025_1141 SEL workshop Day 2

The activity was part of the SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) series, and this workshop focused on self-care and mindfulness practices. The course introduced the importance of self-care, the distinction between living and merely surviving, as well as a variety of practical self-care strategies. According to survey results, participants reported a 100% overall satisfaction rate for this activity. Qualitative feedback from participants indicated that the workshop helped them acknowledge their own emotions, feel accepted and permitted to experience them, and learn to approach themselves with compassion and care. In addition, through experiential activities such as body scans, mindfulness exercises, and exploring personal strengths, participants were able to enhance their awareness and understanding of self-care and acquire various practical application strategies. Many participants suggested that similar SEL courses or workshops be offered in the future to further deepen their understanding and practice of self-care and mindfulness.
