The activity commenced with a narrative writing phase, where participants completed an "Emotion Card" stating: "The emotion I have experienced most recently is ____, because ____." This structured narrative approach guided participants in transforming subtle feelings into concrete language, allowing their emotions to be acknowledged and validated. Following this, participants moved toward color-based self-awareness, selecting pigments that best represented their current mood—such as red for stress or passion, and blue for melancholy or calm.Next, participants utilized water guns or droppers to freely splatter these colors onto a canvas, symbolizing the externalization of their inner states. Finally, participants could draw a feedback slip to take with them, serving as a continuous tool for self-reflection beyond the activity.
