Heart Rest Stop – Self-Care and Stress Relief Group
This activity aims to enhance individuals’ self-awareness and stress management skills by helping participants identify personal sources of stress and internal needs, and recognize the emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and physiological responses triggered by stress. It also fosters the practice of accepting present emotions and experiences without judgment, and reduces self-criticism through self-compassion exercises. Participants are guided to learn healthy, personalized ways to regulate and relieve stress, and to practice concrete self-care techniques such as relaxation training and body scanning, supporting the integration of these practices into daily life and gradually establishing a personal self-care routine.
