2026_1142 Faculty PLC Workshop: Establishing Academic & Practical Growth Networks for Doctoral Students

This session focuses on the organizational blueprint of a Professional Development Community for doctoral students, bridging research and clinical practice. The core theme is a paradigm shift "From Solitary Coursework to Co-Learning and Co-Creation." By organizing a Professional Learning Community (PLC), it replaces traditional isolated mentoring with peer review and knowledge co-creation. The community's mechanism interconnects core curricula, research projects, and fieldwork. Supported by three pillars—academic output, independent research, and practical guidance—it fosters a sustainable academic network integrating global trends with local practice.
