Smart Healthy Longevity: Integrated Practice of Exercise, Lifestyle, and Technology

This course guides participants through a comprehensive health promotion learning journey, spanning conceptual understanding of health, practical exercise experience, and the application of smart technologies. The initial segment introduces topics related to healthy longevity and aging, using case studies and interactive discussions to enhance participants’ awareness of health risks and preventive strategies. The middle segment focuses on functional exercise training, where instructors lead activities such as sit-to-stand exercises, balance training, and gait practice, providing real-time corrections and feedback to ensure safety and effectiveness. In the final segment, smart technology applications are introduced, demonstrating wearable devices and health monitoring tools, showing how personal health data can be recorded and analyzed, and guiding participants to translate data into daily health actions. The course concludes with participants designing personalized health action plans that integrate exercise, lifestyle, and technology, establishing sustainable health strategies. Overall, the program emphasizes interactive participation and hands-on experience, enhancing motivation and practical application skills.
