Emotional and behavioral issues are an important aspect of special education. By understanding the underlying principles of these issues and applying this understanding to teaching practices in accordance with the spirit of reasonable accommodation under the CRPD, teachers can gain a deeper understanding of students’ special needs and provide appropriate guidance and support. This enables students with special needs to gradually develop their skills while participating in general education curricula and learning alongside their peers. By creating accessible learning environments for students with disabilities, this workshop aims to enhance teachers’ counseling skills and their ability to apply these skills in classroom settings.
