Legal Brain King—Legal Practices and Disciplinary Issues in Counseling Students with Special Needs

I. To strengthen the professional knowledge of counseling staff in resource centers at colleges and universities regarding everyday legal issues, deepen their understanding of legal issues related to counseling and discipline, and enable them to apply this knowledge in counseling and communication with students with special educational needs. II. To enhance counseling staff’s ability to support students with special educational needs in identifying risks and managing restrictions, and to develop practical skills for appropriate intervention and guidance, thereby promoting students’ self-management and adaptation to campus life. III. To foster mutual trust between counseling staff and students. Through professional and empathetic counseling processes, the workshop aims to enhance overall counseling effectiveness and assist students in developing a healthy self-concept and legal awareness.
