In response to the ongoing development of special education support services, this workshop aims to strengthen teachers’ professional knowledge regarding the preschool-to-elementary school transition process and the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). By integrating an understanding of transition mechanisms and IEP support strategies, the workshop guides teachers in identifying key transition points related to students’ learning needs and educational support. This approach aims to achieve educational goals that are responsive to individual students’ abilities and needs while developing diverse and practical support strategies. The workshop is expected to enhance teachers’ professional knowledge and practical skills, thereby promoting sustainable and effective support for students with special educational needs.
