To enhance the understanding of resource center counseling staff at colleges and universities regarding counseling practices for inclusive education and to enable resource center teachers to understand relevant theories and strategies and apply them in student counseling. The expected outcomes are as follows: 1. To understand strategies for promoting inclusive education and counseling. 2. To understand the practical benefits of counseling accommodations for individual cases. To apply communication and counseling strategies to address the needs of students in different contexts and cases.
